i am looking for some advice on altering the exhaust for better throughput for 2006 a4 6speed

i have the dollars but not the tech knowledge.

i am looking to gain a little more horses. the sound out the backend is not the biggie.

can you point me in the right direction?

I'm looking mainly performance gains; I don't care to much about the sound. I actually prefer something quite.

throttle response seemed to improve a little, the chip is a lot more oopmh and less money to boot.

Biggest Differences but also a bit pricey:
-Chip
-Coilovers

Other worthy upgrades less pricey:

-Snub (for a manual) Great mod for the money ($50 or so and easy DIY)

-RS4 Sway bar 100-150 (DIY)

Other Pricier but AWESOME Mods:

-Forged wheels plus tires:

WOW! what a difference in regards to car handling, stopping, acceleration and braking...Plus sized and upgraded tires with a drop of 8lbs per corner... HUGE difference (not as huge as chip), but also HUGE Price. cost me about $3,000+ for my 19" forged volks and tires.
P.S. car looks hotter too, great for the ladies ;)

Nice to have:

Upsize rotors, I have the STaSIS kit...Looks great and the Alcon floating rotor should be sturdy enough for 2-3 sets of OEM pads....which in a way ALMOST pay for themselves considering you have to get a new set of rotors of every OEM pad changed (well you should anyways)

Personally I put the exhaust at the bottom of all of the above mods....

But what can I say, I have an exhaust too, mine is a GHL piece, if I were to do it again I would go for STaSIS. I didn't notice any real perf increase with the exhaust, it just looks cool and sounds great at WOT :D
