I'm beginning to seriously consider an '06 A4 2.0T Avant (auto), with no more than 30K miles, for the new family car because of its safety features and gas mileage. I prefer to find a CPO sample (or one with extended warranty) so that I don't have to worry too much about maintenance/repair costs of a German car, so what kind of prices should I expect to pay (I'm in Northern California)?

If it were up to me, I'd definitely get a manual, but since my wife will be the primary driver of this car, it has to be an automatic...
