I am since a born-again Audivangelist and have added many new converts to the fold.

Of course, my B5 is what got me into debt, as I have spent more than what I paid for it in repairs ($14K CDN - 1/2 on blown motor and new turbo). Yet somehow, I STILL love my car, I still love Audi, and I just bought a B7.

Partial B5 unreliability, mostly because I drive it like I st0le it.

I can pretty much tell exactly what has broken on my car by the sound, smell, and feel of the car. I've nearly broken everything on the damned thing.

Useless, irrelevant story, but I'll never forget my first time seeing the B5 "RS4" sedan feature on Audiworld and instantly falling in love.

So while I love the B7 - the B5 is where it starts, and the troof is, the B5 has everything to do with the B7.
