Hi, sorry to take things off subject, but..

whats the typical turn around time for a dealership to payoff the loan on a trade in? It's been over a month and the dealership has still not paid off the loan. I've been making payments on two vehicles...

They say they'll reimburse me for the payments on the trade in vehicle, but I've seen no action whatsoever.

Any information would be appreciated. I feel like im getting the run around from the dealership.

no reason it should be taking that long for them to pay the car off...that's ridiculous

make it clear that you will tell your story to your friends, family, local news (that's particularly a good one...many news stations will cover consumer advocacy)...they will address it very quickly
