I have a T-Mobile Pearl. I think Verizon cripples the bluetooth to make you buy their ringers. I'm not sure about Cingular but T-Mobile doesn't do this and so all the functions work in the Audi. It is a great system.

on these. Lots of $$. In the past they have crippled OBEX (object exchange) and Bluetooth so you have to buy their rigtones and not just use your MP3's. The address book is a function of OBEX and if it is crippled, you can't access it in your car.
