Just have a few questions before i take my car to the dealership to fix a few probs. Ive been having a squeaking/rattle coming from the back, it sounds like its the foldable rear seats...anyone else have a similar issue that has pinpointed the sound? Also...my key fob stopped communicating with my car. Another issue ive been having is my heat does not decrease. I can put the temperature at 70 and it still feels like 90..almost enuff to make u pull ur hand away from the vents because of the heat. Only time the temperature changes is when i set it on low. Anyone else have these probs and if so how did u deal with them? ( sry for the length of this post)

for the squeaking...it sounds like every time i go over a bump...backseats or something aruond that area move and squeak...or ull hear a slight rattle to go along with it..its hard to see where its coming from and im pretty sure its not the cold weather...the car can be running for an hour straight and ill still get that sound.

I have exactly the same noise - taking the car to the dealership on Monday. My keys died some time ago - i need to reprogram them i guess. Other than that car has been GREAT./

tape to make the latch more snug when the seats close and that seems to stop the squeaking.

Did notice that the seatback in the rear on the drivers side isn't as tight as the right one, squeek is coming from somewhere else. Thought it was a loose jacklift in the kit or something. I just might empty everything out (including spare tire, etc.) of the back and see if the sound goes away.

The squeaking is probably from the latch on the rear seats; my B6 does it and it won't go away, so I've kind of gotten used to it.

I had a problem with the climate control over the summer where if it was on LO it still felt hot. There was an electronic servo/flap thing in the vents that was misaligned and needed to be adjusted. Dealer did it and problem solved.

Ill make sure to mention that to the dealer and see if thats the problem. My car gets extremely hot especially this time of the season where i cant put my windows down :\ lol so my only option is to either a). turn it off or b). sweat.

It started as soon as the weather got really cold and only happens over bumps. Even when the car has been running warm for a while or comes out of the garage it still happens. If anyone finds out what it is pls post.

I'm guessing it's either something in the trunk or the back seat bench itself.
