Last week after I cleared a path for my car to get out of the garage after the COlorado blizzard I was leaving the alley and my car drug its ass coming out of the alley and popped the plastic peace loose by the exhaust pipes. There is no damage as far as scratches or dents or bending of the frame. Do you think that if I bring the car into the dealer they will reatatch the lower plastic peace so its snug again under warranty or do you think they will charge me up the ass to repair it?
From Webster:
"Main Entry: war·ran·ty
3 : a usually written guarantee of the integrity of a product and of the maker's responsibility for the repair or replacement of defective parts"
Nowhere does it say they are responsible for any damage you caused by accident.
Now if you are trying to defraud the dealership by telling them it just popped out mysteriously, then that's a different story. However, I seriously doubt they will believe that.

As with most other Audi electronics, the protective force fields are notoriously toublesome.
There should be a TSB, but Audi STILL refuses to even acknowledge the issue.
