I won't use wheel cleaners... I currently use a bone sponge and mequires car wash soap and I clean each spoke individually then clean the inside of the rims as best I can. It takes 10 minutes per wheel

View Full Version : Titanium Edition Owners- How do you clean your wheels?? Audi2.0TFSI 10-15-2006, 06:02 PM I won't use wheel cleaners... On really big one, to get between the spokes, and a smaller one for the 20 million corners of the spokes. I like the look, but would have preferred all the black trim, with silver 5 spokes for easy cleaning. sizquik 10-15-2006, 09:51 PM zerinS4 10-16-2006, 02:59 AM Just make sure you do it while the wheels are coolish and not super duper hot. Eagle one is the only thing that gets them shining like the day I pulled them out of the box. Spray, wait 30 seconds, hit it with the power washer, and done. Takes another 30 seconds per wheel to touch it up :) Audi2.0TFSI 10-16-2006, 06:18 AM JimFerraro 10-16-2006, 06:39 AM Any cleaner that cleans my rims without touching them is not going on my rims. zerinS4 10-16-2006, 07:46 AM DeMOROlized 10-16-2006, 07:50 AM "How do you keep your wheels so clean when the rest of the car is so dirty?" And I have the twin 5-spokes. :-) kaimer 10-16-2006, 09:55 AM Silent Will 10-16-2006, 10:52 AM sizquik 10-16-2006, 02:50 PM |
