i began posting this in the 2007 a4 pricing thread, but figured it would make more sense to open up a new thread...

when looking at the .pdf 2007 ordering guide, if you were to select cloth, you cant get most of the individual options, like bluetooth, nav+, etc.

Is different wiring given specifically to the cloth models to make them not compatible? i find it odd that they specifically state that just about every individual option is not avail in cloth models.

i dont want to purchase a cloth model, to later find out that additions like nav+ are not possible.

but the reasoning behind that is so you'll buy the "sunroof" package with leather and sunroof so you can in turn buy more options. Very very very few cars are actually produced with cloth and no sunroof. I've never seen one in person.

The wiring might be the same but you're may be missing some harnesses or such. I'm just spewing garbage at this point though, I don't know for sure.
