It is a hook used to remove the Logo plate covering the Wheel bolts. I have the stock 8 spoke 15" wheels. Iam not sure about other wheel types.
It's the tool to remove the plastic lug nut caps
I used this plastic tool for the lugcaps.
Anyway, I have both in my toolkit...

My page in real need of update

I think the piece you are talking about is all metal, more like a wire bent into your shape, I can't go look right now but I know it is not the lug nut cover remover because I tried to use it for that when I did not have the tweezer device which I got later.
Clair 98.5 2.8 FWD MAN
I thought that is for removing fuses I could be wrong though.

It's for the 10 spoke OEM 15" Wheel that has the entire 5 lugs covered by 6" dish that has this hole at corner. You insert this tool into hole and pull to dislodge the dish and get aty the 5 lugs. If your car came with 5 or 7 spokers OEM you will not know what I am talking about.
Sunroof crank and Fuse puller.
(Slow day- bored)
No these are not what I am talking about. I believe that these are in the fusebox panel. These pics with explanations would be good for the FAQ though!

Thx,
Kirk
My plastic lug cover remover is black plastic and more U shaped v. the crimped chrome U in the pic.
I do not have this tool in the pic. May have changed for 99
Kirk
I have Sport wheels, so probably useless to me, but of course I'll keep it for a rainy day.
Kirk
I don't have those wheels so I was scratching my head.
Kirk
