Does anyone know how to remove the inner lining from the trunk lid? I noticed a small dent on the left side of my license plate on my trunk lid. I wanted to see if I can remove the inner lining from the trunk lid and access the dent from the inside to see if there's a chance I can pop it out. Please help!!!!!

I have a 2002 A4 3.0 quattro and I noticed a small dent on my trunk lid, on the left side of the license plate. I wanted to see if I can remove the inner lining from the trunk lid and access the dent from the inside to see if there's a chance I can pop it out. Does anyone know how to remove the inner lining from the trunk lid properly? Please help!!!!!
