As promised, here's the write-up/review!
Again, I've always felt that heel toeing in our A4's is a bit akward because of how low the accelerator pedal sits compared to other cars.. so enter Razo Magnesium Pedals RM34. ($25 bucks on ebay) or around 60 bucks at your local shop. Build quality is good.. it's advertised as a mag composite but it felt and looked like standard steel/metal to me.
The installation was simple and no drilling was required at all. Took about 10 minutes to figure out and imagine how it fits and then 5 minutes to put it on. The instructions were not the best in the world.
The original height of the pedals

Notice how even if you have the brake depressed reasonably far down, you still have to roll you foot quite a bit to get the accelerator down far enough to get the RPM's up to match the revs. Also the acc. pedal is a bit small so if you do an actual heel toe, there's little surface area to work with.
After the pedal install

While installing the pedal, you have the option of choosing between a 2mm spacer or a 4mm spacer or no spacer at all, thus determining how far up the pedal sits. I originally chose the 4mm spacer but this mad the pedal sit way too high and you could hit the accelerator accidentally while braking. I switched to the 2mm spacer and now it's perfect! When braking, the acc. pedal is at the right spot and height to very easily heel over to. The pedal also made the surface area a lot bigger so it's a lot easier to do an actualy heel toe instead of a ball roll type motion. The pedal does look like it fits more in a Japanese car but it works so well that I don't mind it at all.
Now I know you're wondering why only the acc. pedal was installed.. that's because the other two wouldn't fit without modification.

(Edit: Even after taking off the original cover the brake and clutch pedals still don't fit)
