I have icelink and was wondering if my patience would have paid off at all. Also on the topic of sound, B&O just launched their mini site dedicated to the new system in the A8. Makes me want an A8 even more now! Oh yeah check out the motorized tweeters, amazing.

Probably both sounds just the same. As for price, the Dension is more than the Audi OEM. The Dension does have one or two features that the AUdi OEM doesn't have, one of them, allowing you to control the iPod via the headunit or the iPod (but not at the same time).

the few buck you might have saved with the audi unit does not begin to make up for hastle it is to install (speaking from experience) or remove.
Also, the icelink gives you a cradle for the ipod..which the audi unit does not.
