I don't have that knob inside where I can turn it on. I only have the knob that allows me to leave the headlights on after engine shut off. So does that mean the dealer will have to program it?

Most likely the dealer won't do it for you and you'll have to find somebody with a HEXCOM cable. Change it to somethign else other than USA.

Coding options for lighting Coding is 000XY.

X=1 for Xenon Headlights,
X=0 for conventional Halogens.

You want the Canada setting if you want to use the fog lights as DRL, or the Denmark (Scandinavia actually) setting if you want the main lights to be on all the time. The tail lights will be on all the time either way.

headlights? im going to covert mine to Xenon in a few weeks and this information would be helpful

There's additional things with the xenon projectors such as the adaptive headlights/self leveling headlights.
