I don't have that knob inside where I can turn it on. I only have the knob that allows me to leave the headlights on after engine shut off. So does that mean the dealer will have to program it?

Yes Yes </pre> stanj 11-17-2005, 07:11 PM You want the Canada setting if you want to use the fog lights as DRL, or the Denmark (Scandinavia actually) setting if you want the main lights to be on all the time. The tail lights will be on all the time either way.
