If you are and want to use that area, it could be done. The sat radio module is relatively small and could easly be relocated to another location. A4xIV / Nadroj 11-09-2005, 08:13 AM either, so i am not sure what my car's trunk will look like, havne't taken delivery yet. USP 11-09-2005, 08:16 AM My enclosure is separate. I am not using any of those areas. Its the same enclosure from my b6, just repainted red. jsamans 11-09-2005, 08:26 AM With door closed: Doot open -- satellite module is in the top there: Satellite module is like a tray and slides out: A4xIV / Nadroj 11-09-2005, 09:44 AM SteveMondragon 11-09-2005, 10:14 AM jsamans 11-09-2005, 11:00 AM Also it seems like the whole black plastic housing comes out without too much trouble, so if you were doing a subwoofer there you could easily get more space. Also the black plastic vent on that side, it seems like there is a lot of space behind it...i.e. between the wall of the trunk and the car body. Behind the vent on the other side is a component for the Bose -- the amp I guess. |
