I had been using 15inch steel wheels with Pirelli Snowsport 210 snowtires on my 2002 A4. I just bought a 2006 A4 with summer tires, with the thought that I would use my snowtires on this vehicle.

While washing the 2006 for the first time today, I noticed that the calipers were a lot closer to the 17 inch wheel, and it made me think - will the 15 inch wheel even fit on this vehicle.

Then I went to Tire Rack and compared. 2002 A4 offers wheel packages in 15, 16, and 17 inch, but the 2006 A4 only offers 16 and 17.

Did I screw up by not asking this question before?
