I love the people with their B6's and B5's that think the grill on the B7 is too big and then they go and slap a huge european plate on the front end of their car. Atleast the new front end would make that plate look a little more stylish.

... anyway, the new grill is a hit. The B7 front couldn't have come soon enough since the outgoing A4 was starting to fade into the mundane, with its rather blocky, stepped, and outdated front end. Even the old Passat had a sleaker face.

The B7, despite just being a facelift, is a lighter, better balanced, better handling, more powerful, and generally a more modern looking car than the B6. And then there's the new S4's rear-biased quattro. Nice.

Although I liked Audi's understated Bauhaus approach to design, the lineup was starting to look boring, and Audi's overall image was lacking distinction. I welcome the new, more sharply branded Audi. For the first time ever, Audi looks like it can actually rival its German competitors in every respect.

Way to go. For those who can't stomach change, then sayonara.

Not sold on the tail lights, though.

I agree. Just saw a B7 A4 on the road for the first time today. Grill is growing on me, but hate the new rear end.

...I can say without hesitation that I don't care for the direction Audi took when redesigning their "corporate" grill. The front end on your car (and mine) is perfect IMO; the new one just looks goofy to me eye. I can't see myself ever owning one.

if i buy a B7 or C6, i will not be mounting a front plate, unless it is a euro.
