when i shift from 2nd to 3rd, the shift is not very smooth and it makes a "clink" noise. from 4th to 5th and 5th to 6th especially are really smooth, but ofr some reason going into 3rd is not a smooth transition. is this normal?

The car, stock, would get stuck going into 3rd like there was a wide flat area near 3rd with a thin slot you had to find. Weird. Gone with the short shifter. -Pete, Stratmosphere
