Now that the B7 is for sale in other countries, does anyone know if Audi raised the price in those places and if so by what percentage.

I am trying to figure out how much more the B7 is going to sell for over the B6 here in the USA.

...which is when my dealer (in Australia) says the order books will be open.

I'm expecting (hoping) the prices will be the same, as Australia drops import duty from 15% to 10% on 1 Jan 2005. Although I'm not holding my breath.

Audi has already increased the price of the 2005 B6 A4 in preparation of the B7.
The B7 will only have a 0.5%-1% price increase but will come with Multi function steering wheel standard on both 2.0 and 3.2.
We don't expect any pricing information on U.S models until at least December if not January.
