2. From the pics - it appears that you can see the single bulbs with the surrounding reflectors.
3. I use to make LEDs for cars and one can see the multiple LED needed to give the brightness needed - I do not see them here.

But the LEDs are more expensive. could also be that they were waiting to see how the LEDs worked out on the less volume models first.

Would have been a great addition for the trunk lights though - since the vibration of closing the trunk would not effect the reliability of LEDs. I will probably look at the LED bulb replacements for that application if/when I get a B7.
