Car mfrs usually boast about it due to the reduced turn-on times using LEDs and Neon. 2. From the pics - it appears that you can see the single bulbs with the surrounding reflectors. 3. I use to make LEDs for cars and one can see the multiple LED needed to give the brightness needed - I do not see them here. Would have been a great addition for the trunk lights though - since the vibration of closing the trunk would not effect the reliability of LEDs.
