You know what?
I really like the car.
I really do think that the car looks more aggressive.
It is just like when the 2002 A4 came out; nobody liked it, but then you see more and more and it grows on you. (I was one of them owning a 2001 A4 at the time, which I traded for a 2002).
With more powerful engine and even better driving feel to it, it should do quite well!!

hey ... i am with u... i like the car as well ... but everyone has some issue with it... so i thought might as well bring the side profile in view... might take the heat of the front and the back end!!

Put my deposit on one a few weeks ago... just waiting for all the final numbers to arrive. The dealer in Toronto says Jan-Feb...

Has anyone else consulted Audi in their areas?

The Audi dealers in my area haven't accepted that they are going to have to drop B6 prices in order to sell them.

They don't utter a word about the B7 if they can help it.

Our dealers here are offerring 1.9% financing... and 0% premier purchase. When I first confronted the sales guy on the promos... his response was "It's almost Christmas.... " lol..

The S4 sedan and Cabriolet are still in production for now.
There might be a shortage of inventory at dealers until the new one comes in.
We have been out of A6 since August, and the new A6 will be here sometimes in the next 2 weeks.
There is no need for Audi at this time to "blow" the B6 A4 out yet.

the engines look promising and i think it looks great. The grille is argueable. But as some one suggested in the b6 forum, you can just paint the part of the grille where it holds the license to match the colour of the car and it will take away from that 'fishmouth' effect and would look great IMO.

My guess is that by Jan, Feb, dealers will be literally clearing out inventories of the B6's. Actually I just got a letter from the dealership asking me to trade my 04.. so, I think they're gambling to massive requests of B6's once the B7 comes out on the market.
