I currently have the '06 bbs s4 rims. Does anyone know how much it would cost to switch them out for the '08 s4 18 inch rim (rs4 ones)? how much would the bbs wheels sell for these days?

At least I don't think they are. If they are, then I love my car even more ;) hehe

The CH's are cast, the RE's (similar look) are forged.

And, they're 18x8.5.
