I would like to have something that is easily removable. My dog weights about 30 lbs.

back seats. Not an OEM product but its amazing. I'll try and get the name and forward it over.

It sits rigt behind the headrests which allows me to remove the OEM thing as it takes up too much room.

My 75lb Dobie fits perfectly in there and shes totally safe

kidding of course...I thought all avants came with the screen built in?

When I had my Lab (65 lbs and still growing), the built-in pet screen was able to contain her. The nice thing about it is that there are two locations for locking it in place.

There is a set of notches to locate the pegs when the seats are upright (for anything up to Shepherd or Lab size), and a second set forward of the grab handle for when the seats are folded flat (think Newfie). The Edmunds people didn't know what the notches in the headliner were used for in their long-term Q7. But all Avant owners know what they're for, right?

:D

That would be great, I'll look forward to getting that name from you. I'll try the factory set-up as recommended but like you agree that the cover takes up to much space and makes putting the seats up and down a bit of a hassle. Although not nearly as bad as the Touareg I used to have. What a PITA that thing was!

Fits my car perfectly and what I like best is there are no legs down to the carpet so the dog gets the full use of the space.

I remember giving my dealer a picture of this and he had no problem sourcing it. Wasnt cheap, but its good<ul><li><a href="http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://porschedb.carussel.com/audi/tartozekok/a4/images/0024.jpg&amp;imgrefurl=http://porschedb.carussel.com/audi/tartozekok/a4/index.php%3Fpage%3Dpage3&amp;h=66&amp;w=159&amp;sz=6&amp;hl=en&amp
