Let's see them! 19" wheels on stock S4 suspension...i need to decide whether or not to get COs. I was thinking of getting HRE C20s in charcoal. 19 x 8.5 with an ET of 38 (as per EddieMan). If I NEED to get COs, then I can't get the HREs...or the HREs will be on stock susp for 8 - 10 months before I can get the COs. If anyone can point me in the direction of pictures, that would be greatly appreciated!

Do a search, I posted pretty much the exact same question as you a few weeks back. I got a few hits...

Here you go - I just went out to the garage for two of them. The two others are with my last set of 19" wheels.
I'm also thinking of going with CO's.
One thing I should mention are the tires are 235/45 which obviously gives them a larger diameter. If I go with CO's I would change the tires to 235/35.

I like how you got the thicker sidewalls. I know going from a 40 series to 35 is like night and day. The 45s might do the trick. I just don't want that "monster truck" look

Mine on forged 19x8 Hartmann RS4 reps. I love the look of these wheels and have not regretted them since the day they went on my car a year and a half ago. They are ET35 BTW.

There are a couple more pics from different angles in my pic poster.

helps avoid some of the "monster truck" look but on the other hand it does increase the ride height (and also changes the speedo slightly).
I was at the race at Laguna Seca and parked next to a few other S4's and definitely noticed the difference in height. I really liked the CO's with 19" wheels with 235/35 tires.

during hard turning?
I did notice that your ride height is higher. I love the look of a lowered car, but I hate the hastle of one. Bottom line is, I don't want to lower the car, but I want 19s, and I don't want that monster truck look. I wonder how a 40 sidewall will look? All the wheel places say the "recommended" size is 245/35R19.
Your wheels look like OEM RS4 with the high tire walls they come with.
