Any suggestions for winter wheel/tire setups??
Also, are there any vendors that run specials on these setups at any point??
Thanks in advance..
they package most of their wheels with the Dunlop Winter Sport M3's.
They usually post them up around November.

I got a nice set of wheels and tires for a bit less than Hartmann charges, but I must admit the Hartmann wheels are prettier.
I paid about $1000, delivered to my door, mounted and balanced. I downsized to 17's for the snow tires. Both TireRack and Hartmann will guarantee that the wheels will fit, as not all 17 in wheels that fit Audis fit the B7S4.
I think you can't go wrong with either and the price point is not that much different if you really like the hartmann wheels. I went for a simple five spoke design, no bling, that are easy to keep clean. Kinda like the A4 five spoke wheels.

And their ZR speed rating and Audi oem spec " XL " load rating means they work well on the S4 from Nov through May ,when it can be 90 degrees in SF area and still snowing at Tahoe, like this past Memorial Day weekend ! From June-Oct I run the OEM summer tires.

Thought the smaller size would do that. Please correct if I'm wrong as I'm looking into Tahoe tires as well.

So the overal rolling diameter is the same (or extremely close) so the speedo and od are not off.
For instance.. for my car, I can run:
195/65/15
205/60/15
205/55/16
225/50/16
205/50/17
225/45/17
225/40/18
These sizes all have very similar outer diameter, so speedo will not be incorrect.
If I rolled my fenders, I could run 235 and 245 widths on 17 and 18 as well. I could run 19s as well, but that would just be dumb on a B5. :-D
