Got an M3 at the moment (3 years). Had an S4 before that. And I think I'm just about to go back to the new B7 S4. I might even order it this week (my dealer says March deliver - I'm in UK).

Only thing I can't tell by reading the (very little) literature I've got is whether the new DVD NAV/MMI is the same one they've put in the A6 (which is very very cool) or not?
