Make sure you have an amp/receiver with plenty of clout and processor-type connectivity (many modern designs have them as in/outs with jumper plugs).
A good-sized room is helpful with the ability to bring the speakers away from the wall a bit, and the 901s can do some cool things.
There's plenty websites out there for 901 fans and tweakers.

they are maple finish with whiteish grilles (grilles are the worst part condition wise). they have some drink rings on the tops of them and they have some chips and scratches. i havn't had them hooked up in about 5 years, but the surrounds still look good, and there is no crossover or any other ciruits that could go bad on the inside, just lots of series wiring to the nine drivers.
these have the jetsons style stands attached to the bottom of them.
