My dad is looking to upgrade to something a bit slimmer, so i'm trying to help him out.

He wants an lcd/plasma because this one just takes up a lot of room (about 20" deep)

It's a Sony, r60xbr2, about 18 months old. Has an extra bulb and 3 year warranty. Perfect condition.

What do you guys think is a good starting price for it?

Only because very few people are buying rpj sets these days. It might not be easy to sell for more than $1500

If it is just a LCD RPTV not sure that price is too high.

The XBR2 was the first to be able to accept and display a 1080p feed.

but damn that thing is huge, haha!
