<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/17807/004.1.jpg"></center><p>I was surprised how much low freq. energy they can put out; there must be some EQ added in the amplifier stage, which will probably put off some purists, but then again these aren't designed to be purist speakers. but as good as any 'computer' speaker system I've come across. the perspective in the photo probably makes 'em look bigger than they are...but they're *tiny*.
Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a small, elegant, good sounding 2.0 system for office, den, or bedroom. accepts RCA or 1/4" input.
coincidentally, I ran across the bigger AudioEngine5 yesterday; they were being used to provide background music at a winery we were visiting. they did a fantastic job of filling a pretty large space.
