Same goes for using Kimber Kable 4pr speaker wire over a monoprice version. Will I hear / see a difference?

bluejeans cable also offer bonded-pair super-thick guage hdmi cables if you really want to get the best money can buy (and that's a relative term because it'll still be cheaper than the cheapest francy brand name cable). I have one connected to my display from the receiver but now I'm thinking it's overkill plus the cable is so thick and unflexible that it may be putting too much strain on the connector itself. I'm going to replace it with a lighter guage monoprice 1.3a.
