The centre speaker is in the "fireplace", the sub behind the couch, the rears are wall mounted. All I need is the pop corn....Sorry for the grainy photo...no skills in the photography dept.

The couch is 5 metres from the plasma, so when seated, the angle is fine. I was conscious not to put it too high.
