The fronts are in the wall and the rears are in the ceiling. I have ~12" width for left center and right.

Yes I know the in wall speakers are not optimal for sound quality, but it is a requirement due to the size and layout of the bedroom.

The speakers will be used for general television viewing.

I need all 5 speakers. Budget is 750-1250 per.

I have all Polk Audio in-wall and in-ceiling applications in my house and they sound pretty damn good. I think I paid between $250-500 per pair. I don't see the point of spending $1250 per speaker for a sub-optimal sound layout anyway. Unless, of course, money is no object.
