I would be selling my 1080p Sammy (the legendary HL-S6188w). This set is awesome and very well regarded by HT projection TV fans.
But the reviews of the Sony SXRD KDS-60A3000 are outstanding. CNET named it the #2 TV of 2007 (after the spendy Pio Elite Plasma at $3k+ for 50"). I can't do wall mount in my room and DLP/SXRD is perfect as far as size and setup. So that is my only option.
I would be selling the Sammy for $1400 (paid $3k for it in June 2006 -- sigh), but the Sony will only be $1900 tax included.
