About 10 years ago I bought a pair of BP8 towers and a Powerfeild 12 sub. They both came with rubber feet and spikes. I have since lost the rubber feet and now need them as I am moving to a place with hardwood floors. I wrote customer service asking for a way to purchase replacements and received an email asking for my address and that they would be happy to send me a replacement set for all three speakers, at no-charge.
Even after 10 years they still go out of their way to service their customer... not common in this day.

About 10-11 years ago I bought one of their first power conditioner that sits along with your other audio equipment.
About 6 years ago the front light for the voltage went out and a couple of the LEDS started to dim.
I contacted them recently and told them about it and they said since they didn't make my model any more they would send me a new updated one.
I packed up my old one sent it out and about 10 days later I received a brand new model with newer features.

Had some mini-towers that the grilles got beat to **** over about 7 years of use. (My cats liked them.)
Called them up, asked if I could buy replacements. They said no, they don't make them anymore... but we'll at least provide you with some of the fabric we use so they'll look right. Send me at least 10 yards of fabric.
And many years ago... I had a set of JBL Bookshelfs. Nothing special, probably a $200 pair of speakers. I blew the woofer in one of them. It's was completely my fault. I called them, asked if I could buy a replacement woofer, and they sent me one for free.

While we're on the subject, so was SVS when I (somehow) managed to take out the VC in my 1st gen 20-30PC+.
They sent out a replacement (rev 2) driver only after asking if I had setup the system with an SPL meter and was comfortable replacing the driver myself. Been slamming hard since...
