I have yet to hear anything about, read or even see one of these TV's but I read a little tid bit about its processing chip. HQV(hollywood quality video)

I wanted something cheap, so I knew what I was getting into when I bought it. It was $350, a price you still can't beat too often.
Olevia is a bottom feeder.
Clunky looking case design.
The picture is nice enough for what I am using it for (bedroom wall mount), but the built in audio is too loud on the lowest setting and there are no universal remote codes for it so I can't program my remote to work with the TV.

Only THX is a certification, not a piece of chip technology, but a badge is just a badge.
I've heard some pretty woeful-sounding gear with THX logo's on them; PC speakers and a Kenwood receiver from about 5 years ago.
