As I ponder my soon to be HT I am thinking about what content provider to go with. Currently we have a DISH HD DVR receiver supporting two TV's: a 56" Samsung HD DLP in the upstairs family room and a 2nd TV upstairs in our bedroom sitting room.

The basement will have a 1080p projector... 100" screen... obviously have to have HD down there.

So I'm guessing that means I need a 2nd DISH dish on the side of my house and a 2nd HD DVR receiver in my basement and now I'm paying a freaking arm and a leg to DISH every month?

I suppose I could go with CATV down there as well, bundle with my Comcast cable modem, although when we got the HD DISH Comcast still didn't have HD available in our neighborhood.

Any good ideas about how to have two HDTVs and one SDTV?

You normally pay a few bucks more a month for additional receivers, and they all wire into the same dish.

Sorry for the dumb questions, but that's good news. I was not excited about paying for the service twice!

multiplexer

You will need to make sure you have RG6 cable to the added receivers
