Nice thing about shipping from Montana? It'll ship on Tuesday, and arrive at my house in Nor-Cal by Thursday/Friday. :)

Now I think I need a good DVD player...

Hmmmm.....

I'm on pins and needles right now. I got a confirm that my plasma order was sent to the shipping dept. Then today I get a voicemail from the rep I placed my order with, and he says he needs to speak to me before he can charge my CC. Of course, it's Friday after 5 when I get this message...ARRRRRRRRGH! Meanwhile, the guy I want to place my order with for the credenza has been blowing me off left and right all week. Everytime he says he will return my call...he doesn't. Grrrrrrrr. Without that cabinet, I have nowhere to put my gear and TV...I want that cabinet HERE before that TV shows up. Tomorrow I run to the store and pick up the DVD player I ordered. With my luck, it'll be broken and I'll have to wait another week on that.

DVD player never got here. They can't even tell me if it left the warehouse in Chicago. Guy wouldn't tell me much...just said to call my salesman next week and find out what's going on. (I think the salesman forgot to order it...and the other guy didn't want to tell me) Motherf()&*(*^.

I have to say...THIS is why people buy things on the internet. When I order something, it shows up at my door, and it's 20% less than the price I pay in store. The two items I'm trying to get locally...supporting my local dealers...are turning into a royal PITA.

How about a Sony DVPNS975V DVD player. Good value and nicely equipped.
