Won't be pairing with a sub, so we'll want to go floorstanding. Casual listening, not a party system. Playing out of midrange receiver that he'll also be buying. In that range, I have experience with the Paradigm Monitor 7. Anyone have any suggestions for comparison?

That's just under $500 USD. They're made in Canada so I presume that helps. =)

That's around $450 off the list, plus a 15% tax saving. Floor models though. Doubt I would find a deal like that here in Florida, since maybe 6 retailers in the state carry them.

I'll be getting the 4.1s as soon as I can, dad has the 5.2s and I'm in love with them for the money.
