All components are housed in a 6 foot flexi-rack that I built from MDF and 3/4" threaded rods

Chairs are Backsaver Sonsie Zero Gravity Chairs

You did a nice job making the most of a tight space...but I suspect you'll revist the height of the chairs, or the height of that TV.

Is this the new place?

2 - you don't need to cause the chairs pivot back on axis - creating the perfect viewing angle.

I have a similar setup in my house and an LCD or Plasma over the fireplace makes the best setup. My wife likes to use the fireplace in the winter, maybe a few times a month, wonder what the smoke will do to the screen. Not really worried about heat.

Everything is available from McMaster Carr. The Feet are called "rubber bumpers" in their catalog, and are actually metal threaded caps with a rubber experior. Everything is very beefy and industrial.

You need a picture or something on the right side of the fireplace to balance out the height of the stereo rack on the left. The rack reminds me of the Salamander Archetype. Good job!
