Hoping some of you may have some suggestions.

Apparently, the previous owner of my CPO'd vehicle set the security code for the hands free function. Unfortunately, I can't access to my new BT puck set-up w/"B" cradle. I've done the TEL reset, but I'm still prompted for a 4 digit code when attempting to enter a voice command through MMI.

Anyone encounter this?. How did you get it solved?

Select menu TEL press SETUP and after PIN BT

I just bought a used 07 A4. Great Car ... but... paired it with my blackberry using bluetooth. At the time, it didnt ask for a pin, or if it did, I enterred 1234. A few weeks later, the MMI turned red and asked for the PIN. when I enterred 1234 it came back with invalid PIN, and now the whole MMI is inoperable, including the stereo. Not getting much help from Audi or the Blackberry support. Looks like previous owner must have changed the PIN. Anybody have any idea how to fix??
