hey there. 2006 a8 i have dual climate for front and back. even though i can change the temp. from the rear seats for the rear climate zone (max it will goto is 26 degrees celcius..ya im in canada)it wont take effect. if i set drivers side to "LO"(cold air) for example in the back rear left it will send cold air through the vents only..and same goes with the front/rear right. if i change to HI (hot in front) it will change to HOT. no matter if i have change temp in the back to LO or whatever.

any setting i need to change???

also the front will go upto 28 deg. celcius then to "HI" the max i can go @ the back is 26. any reason for that?

as i got 2 little ones and dont wanna freeze them even though its summer.

Use VAG diagnostics to test & troubleshoot the system. There are probably faults stored in memory that will help you.

or take it to a good shop that has the diagnotics package or a dealer.

i just had a audi dealer service the car and a LOCAL IMPORT SHOP check for any faults in memory..none were detected.

mode to full auto all round.
