But I've got one left over from the RS 6 (don't think the W12 had one either) that's been giving sterling service.

It's pretty shoddy for the top of the the range variant in the top of the range model.

With regard to the wheel, apparently it's because a fully-inflated 265/35R20 wouldn't fit, but I know a W12 owner who'd replaced the 19" wheels with 20" 9-spokes and has a full size spare in the trunk, so I thikn it probably can be done - the 255/40R19 wheels used to fit with no problem.
