Hey guys,

I want to thank everyone on this forum for the "like and dislike" thread!

After having a good look through the options list, I'm curious about the dual-pane glass. How much of a difference does it make with single-pane cars? Noise? Safety? Can anyone offer a real-world review?

Thanks!

you can have a quiet conversation in the car at freeway speeds.
Must have IMO.

...offsetting some of the heat/cold outside temperature extremes from infiltrating the cabin. Would order this option again.

Visually you can tell on the edges with the addtional thickness.

so cell phones really need an external antenna to be viable, and in-car GPS and radar detectors would be affected - GPS receivers tend not to work at all without a re-radiating antenna fixed to a small clear patch of glass that's supposed to live somewhere in one of the corners of the front or rear screen.

It's a safety option not comfort. It's a polycarbonate film not a metallic type. There is not interference with phones or other devices.
