Vag-Com lowering vs. MTM lowering module??? Thanks! geordie 12-08-2005, 11:03 AM the operation of the system is slighly diffrent. 2 basic at rest ride heights instead of 3 - Lift and Standard / Auto / Dynamic. Auto and dynamic both lower same amount (5mm?)at speeds around 80 mph. Standard / Auto / dynmaic differ in terms of "spring rates" virtual of course 'cos there are no springs. I think this is what my car does. Kimbo probably has all the fine details. Der Kimbo 12-08-2005, 03:56 PM Sport has all the same settings as the standard suspension: lift, standard, automatic and dynamic. But differs in the parameters other than lift. Ride height wise, standard, automatic and dynamic all sit at the same level below the speed thresholds and the dampner settings for standard are similar to the non-sport dynamic stiffness. In dynamic mode, the "spring rate" is increased further. The 5mm addtional lowering still occurs in auto and dynamic. |
