How light and "in your face" is the cream beige interior? I have concerns about the headliner in that color. My dealer did not have cream on his lot (but he did have the green I ordered).

The lighter carpeting just needs a quick touch of spray on carpet cleaner every so often (I use Turtle Wax carpet shampoo). It's no big deal. The lighter interior really opens up the cabin. It's all worth the little extra effort, IMO :-) EuroA8 10-07-2005, 10:09 AM Makes it look and feel roomier, more luxurious too. Mine is light grey, so I guess that's somewhere in between, but more on the light side. I think black is a little sombre, don't think I'd ever choose it again for the interior of a car. Black exteriors however are beautiful even though they get dirty so easily. greenie 10-07-2005, 01:09 PM and you are mating it with Creme, WOWEEEEEEEEEE!! IMO, green is a tough color to get right considering all the available shades out there. Audi got it right! greenie 10-07-2005, 01:15 PM I find myself crying at traffic lights and automatically following funerals!! I got "stuck" on black because of my history with the Corvette. If one doesnt order black, the cars interior is a mishmosh of colors. This sand-creme looks absolutely beautiful. Emauss 10-07-2005, 01:20 PM Just waiting for confirmation of the change from my dealer. boxman 10-07-2005, 01:26 PM I don't think so. I have it with Northern Blue and with the wood wheel it looks great! It looks RICH to me. I've had mine since the end of May and once in awhile take some leather cleaner to the seat areas, that's it. EuroA8 10-08-2005, 12:38 AM That was amazing too! Anyway I've always had a thing for green. I love my current combo but the green is a tad more special. Don't see those every day. How is everyone? How's that Big Cheese Greenie these days? |
