compilation of Audi TSBs for us to be able to look up in the "Tech" section? I've noticed that an annual subscription to receive the TSBs runs about $40/year, so it wouldn't be a budget issue. The only reason I could see for it not to make sense is if Jason & Co. thought it might create a legal or a relationship problem with Audi if these TSBs were made readily available on AW (eg: cutting off potential revenue source).

I don't know how many there are or what the legal disclaimer says on them, but I would host them on audipages.

$2 for all subsequent TSB requests. They might look at this as a revenue source, although it's more likely a precessing/mailing charge. Would be interesting and informative to have available.
