Well, as I posted a couple of days ago, my MMI ceased functioning. Dealer said I spilled a drop of coffee on the "Nav" button. It can't have been more than a drop because I have no recollection of ever spilling anything in this car. Anyhow they won't cover the repair via warranty. Cost = $690.

C'mon, it covers everything....and you know what? I bet when they put the new switch in, it still won't work!
Don't pay them, bring it to another stealer.

I am a bit surprised at your dealers attitude AND Audis, considering how many buybacks that they have been involved in. Its called PR and Audi has yet to learn about it!!

a "grain of salt" had wedged itself beside one of the switches on the console. The fact is; never had food or drink in the car.

All were for MMI problems. They have serious problems with this system hence the BS excuses you will get from service dept. Do not cave on this.

could have been the Audii tech guy,ie, the audi dealer guy that drives the car into the shop bay, the audi dealer guy that drove to lunch, the audi dealer guy that drove your car home that night or over the weekend.
See my point, how can he say you did it unless you confessed.
