Trying to do an alignment and am not quite sure what kidn of suspension this is. Any help is much appreciated!

Are the Europeans getting a stiffer suspension even with the Adaptive suspension?
I thought that there were no springs or shocks.
Is it just a reprogram of the suspension?

Its not any stiffer but has stronger airsprings and 20mm lower than the standard suspension.
