Just got the dollar figures for the 2005 SWB I ordered:

$66,590 for the car, $480 for the wooden steering wheel with shift paddles, $1500 for the massage/cooling seats (which give you the perforations in the leather that most 2004s had), $950 for the cold weather package (minus the steering wheel heater), $700 for the parktronic, $650 for the solar roof. Build date is this coming week for delivery in late July.

Wholesale on the car is $62,274, and @10% on the options. As I said in a prior post, I'm buying 19" or 20" wheels in the after market. Any wheel/tire suggestions would be welcome. I'm thinking Achtuning's 19" RS4s, and running the 17" wheels the car comes with snow tires.

Fallen:

Quick question. I'm also interested in a SWB '05 A8 (to replace my leased S8). Options I'm interested in are similar to yours. If you don't mind saying, what kind of deal did you get from your dealer, given that you ordered the car?

TIA for any info you can provide.

... I heard that was being added. I loved that on my 745. I probably wouldn't be interested in any of the others either.

Thanks for the info!
