All the problems have revisited, and my dealer says that they wont take my car as a lemon. A nice feature that I got (and several others have on here) is the autmatic trunk opener, I don't even have to press anything and it opens by its self! Gotta get to work on getting my car lemoned...

that are not familiar with them or have "older brains" that just dont remember like they used to!! BTW, the "lemon" route is not the ONLY avenue that you can travel. Please post dates, issues etc. and whatever Audi and your dealer have stated to you.

and your dealer has NO part in this. You say that your dealer wont TAKE your car as a lemon. Correct. Audi takes the car as a lemon! What they decide to do with it is up to them.

Trunk opening by its self.
Key FOB not working.
MMI goes weird (not just blank screen).
The audio pilot compensates more than necessary.
Suspension (has been in 3 times for service on this issue alone).
The car STARTING by ITS SELF!!! (whats stoping it from shutting the engine down while driving?)
And many many other annoying things.
It's obviously qualified for a lemon by the laws in Arizona (30+ days, or 4 failed attempts to fix problems)as for the vin it is some where in the area of 1500, first D3 ordered in Az.

I got an unwanted Hummer-in-bumper mod on my D2, my D2 was perfect in every other aspect besides that 'mod', same color as yours btw.
